Long-running AI coding sessions meant I was constantly dropping in and out of context. Every project switch was the same routine: open a terminal, cd in, split panes, start Claude, open lazygit, and try to remember what I was doing.

Typing workon opens an fzf picker of my projects. Pick one and it restores the tmux session if it already exists, with Claude Code in one pane and lazygit in another, so I land back in the same context instead of rebuilding it.

It’s a single bash script that pulls together tools I already use. No YAML, no frameworks, no extra dependencies. I built it with Claude, iterating quickly on a workflow I knew exactly how I wanted to feel, and it changed my day-to-day straight away.
